The Unsung Greatness of Music Executives

They hardly get credit for their work yet they are forever in the news for breaking the hearts of those who think they have what it takes to make it in music but have been wrongly denied the chance by the executives.Music executives basically do a thankless job for when a musician succeeds, we will always associate the greatness with the specific musician and not with the executive who has made this possible. Surely we do not buy a song simply because it is from Motown Records but because it has a well-known name like Michael Jackson. We might never come to learn the hard work that music execs put to packaging a musician in a particular way that they know will generate sales.
