One would think that the land of Walt Disney would be the main place to go to study animation, but there are animation schools in many countries all over the world.  In India, animation schools are becoming more and more popular and students are becoming interested in having a career in animation.  One of the more well-known animation schools in India is the takshaa animation school in Bangalore.  Animation schools provide instruction in many aspects of computer animation, both two dimensional and three dimensional, as well as hand animation and hand drawing.  Storyboarding is one of the processes involved in animation, and using computer animation software packages like Maya and doing effects in the computer as well.  India is not the only place animation is popular - Japan also has many animation schools, as Japan has it’s own distinctive take on animation, even with its own name - “Anime”.  In Japan, anime style is not necessarily taught, but many other aspects of animation are taught at schools like the yoyogi animation school.  If you are in India or Japan, you should consider these animation schools for your animation education needs.
