Victims are always wary of me and ready to pounce on me at the slightest provocation. They outright refuse to sign any documents, which may be required for the claim. Usually the victims feel the insurance company is cheating them.
However, this is not so. The company also has the responsibility of assessing the authenticity of the case in question because of motor vehicle accident law. This is because miscreants have cheated them many times. This makes them wary and cautious in their approach, which makes them look as though they are unwilling to pay the actual claim.
