Charitable Lead Trusts

This organization can then invest the money from the donated preperty. The charitable lead trust donor then gets an income in return for this investment. After making the charity, he or she becomes liable to receive this income until death or until the end of a specific term. After the completion of any one, the individual or his heirs receive the donated property.
