The place in the sun
July 6th, 2008 | by admin |I really was not sure where to form my company, but when I moved last year I realized that my home state of California was probably as good a place as any. In order to make sure that everything was done properly I needed to learn about California LLC formation, and in order to make sure that I knew exactly what I was talking about I decided to take some legal advice, even though I knew I would have to pay a good sum of money in order to get the correct advice in the beginning. I think it was worth every penny.
