Regarding Six Sigma
September 11th, 2008 | by admin |Lately I’ve been wondering a lot about six sigma. I keep hearing about other businesses cleaning up their operations with six sigma, and I wonder if we shouldn’t try it.
Six Sigma Methodology looks like the way to go for us, although it will be a tough sell for upper management.
I’ve seen six sigma turn around some pretty shady operations. It can’t hurt to try it.
