Setting up a system to manage projects

November 25th, 2007 | by admin |

When I first started my job in a web company there was no project management system. It was quite a difficult operating environment because there was no established procedures for doing anything. I had to setup the guidelines and implement the system. It took a while to overcome the resistance and to get everyone on board. Now, however, the system is running smoothly and people are thankful that I came along and put an end to the chaos that was permeating the environment. If you have ever worked in a similar situation, you will appreciate what a little order can do.
