August 8th, 2008 | by admin |We can see that in recent years demand and usage for biometric products in the government and private segments has extraordinarily enhanced and this is mainly due to the security risks after the terrorist attack in 9/11, 2001. It is estimated according to a study carried out by the Deutsche Bank that by the year 2010 the worldwide sale for biometric products is expected to rise by more than five billion euros. These devices are very useful and effective in checking terrorist movements and identification. There are lots of biometric products used to detect physiological and behavioral nature of an individual and there are many firms marketing these devices.
