Experience and brainstorming techniques

There is no proof that experience and brainstorming techniques go together and that one has a bearing on the other. In fact, it would be better to have a bit of fresh thought when you are looking at a problem. When the person has been working on a particular project for a very long time, it is possible that he has become so engrossed in the whole thing that no amount of  brainstorming techniques  can make him change his way of thinking. Maybe, what is required is a different view on the whole issue at hand.
