How Often Does Child Custody Modification Happen?
December 23rd, 2008 | by admin |We are in the process of figuring out how we are going to share the custody of our kids once our divorce is complete. However, we are worried that we might come up with a plan that doesn’t work out very well and then have trouble changing it. Can anyone tell us how often Child Custody Modification is allowed? I am hoping that if our original plan turns out to be a bit unwieldy we can easily modify it to make it more workable for us. Is there a law that tells when and for what reasons modifications can be made?
