One of the most common reasons for a divorce request is adultery committed by one of the spouses. Once the other partner is able to prove the infidelity, the divorce proceedings would not take long to summarize. Nevertheless, if the cheating partner is able to prove that the other spouse knew about the fling for a period of time, the divorce would be difficult to get.
