Consider Investing In Tax Lien Properties

March 15th, 2009 | by admin |

My husband has come up with a rather interesting plan for investing some money we recently inherited.  He inherited a little bit of money when his grandfather passed away and we originally thought about investing in stocks.  Due to the condition of the economy that now seems like a really bad idea.  My husband has been doing some research and has concluded that it would be wise to think about investing in tax lien properties.  This is something I had never really thought about, but property can be purchased for just the amount of past due taxes.  This sounds like a great idea to me.
