The Choice between Full or Partial ERP Software Implementation

October 16th, 2009 | by admin |

In implementing ERP software, a company could implement the software throughout the organization or implement it for just a limited number of functions. The choice between either full or partial ERP implementation will vary from company to company. When full intentia erp is carried out, all the functions in the company are interlinked. This has immediate and long term benefits but it also a very expensive exercise. Sometimes partial ERP implementation is preferred so that only departments that will show immediate benefits through being interlinked are integrated. Whatever implementation strategy a company should pursue will be dictated by a company’s specific needs.
