Getting Some Quality Mentoring and Coaching For Writers…
October 26th, 2007 | by admin |Getting mentoring and coaching if you are a writer is very important — many aspiring writers simply cannot afford to return to school for formal training. The difficulty is compounded because other writers may not be willing to ’show you the ropes’ because they perceive you as a potential threat — a potential competitor in the marketplace. If you are looking for good-quality mentoring and coaching for writers, you can check your local newspaper — many of their news ‘reporters’ and article authors have experience in writing and may be willing to give you some of their time to provide constructive criticism and feedback. Whatever else you may do, don’t give up until you have found a mentor. And don’t give up on your writing!
