Guidelines to avoid reflux during pregnancy

November 25th, 2007 | by admin |

My sister is pregnant and she lay down too quickly the other night and experienced pregnancy reflux. This condition is something that affects quite a lot of pregnant women. These attacks can be quite painful so you should make every effort to ensure that you do not engage in behavior that can trigger them.
