Low Fat Recipes Can be Simple

January 17th, 2008 | by admin |

Contrary to what many people may believe, being on a diet is not synonymous with deprivation. There many ways to reduce the fat content of many of the foods that we love indulging in from time to time. Low fat recipes usually involve substituting a component of a dish that is high in fat with a low fat or non fat substitute. For instance, you could use canola oil instead of vegetable oil or butter for frying. There are also alternate recipes that do not use any fattening ingredients but do not sacrifice flavor in the name of healthy eating.
