We installed a point of use water heater in the nursery.

We installed a sink in his room, but we didn't want to go to the trouble of hooking the lines up to our hot water tank. Instead, we installed a point of use water heater in the nursery. Now, I can bathe our bundle of joy, and I have all the hot water I need to do so.
